RATES: Are listed on our AVAILABILITY PAGE are subject to change and may vary throughout the year. State, county and GET Tax totals 17.94%. A deposit of 100% is taken at the time of reservation. Prices do not include tax.

WE ACCEPT: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We do not accept personal checks.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Check out is BEFORE 11:00am. If we have back-to-back check-ins, please comply. If we don’t
have back-to-back check-ins, it is possible to either get an earlier check-in or later check-out. Your request must be communicated when booking your reservations. Late
check out after 11:00am will be charged a $50 per every half hour fee to cover housekeeping delays.

CANCELLATIONS: A 20% refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking if the booking is 31 days or greater from the date of check-in. Guest
cancellations made 31 days or more prior to check-in will have the 20% deposit refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less
in advance of check-in will result in the full room(s) rate being applied and guests will be responsible for the full cost of the stay. Room reservations
made within 30 days of your arrival date are considered firm and non-refundable. When your credit card number is given, it will indicate that you
have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and your room will be held in good faith (see website). No refunds, credits, etc. will be issued due to cancellations related to COVID

EXTRA GUESTS: All room rates are
based on double occupancy. There is an extra guest fee of $50 per person,per night for each guest age five (5) and over.

DAMAGES: The guest will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any breakages, missing items, or damage to property and
furnishings, particularly the staining of linens and towels. This said cost will be charged to the credit card number used to reserve the room

REGISTERED GUESTS: Guests may request having visitors but must ask permission from management.

SMOKING: There is a strict NO SMOKING policy anywhere on the property. Please do not smoke on the street in front of the main house because the
prevailing winds blow the smoke onto the property. This is STRICKILY enforced. Infractions will incur a $200 fine billed to your credit card.

NOISE: Guests shall not make or permit any disturbing or excessive noise in any part of the property at any time. Quiet hours are 9:00pm to 8:00am. Manager may ask guest to leave the premises immediately if noise continues.

MANAGEMENTS RIGHTS: It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or
annoyance anywhere in or on the hotel premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the property
forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by said guest.

RELATION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND GUEST: Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any guest or resident or visitor, and the management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the premises.

LIABILITY POLICY: Ala Kai Bed and Breakfast will not be held liable for any injury of guests, or any loss, theft, or damage to any personal property of guests. Parking in our lot is at your own risk.
